  Awful customer service. In order to keep prices spectacularly low for mid-range silver jewelry, the owner is the only one allowed to ring up a sale. 2 of us had made choices on items to purchase and had to wait over 30 minutes to pay because the owner was fixing another patron's piece of jewelry. I decided not to buy - being an impulse purchaser for the quality of goods sold here, the extended wait to pay reduced the impulse and I gladly left. My friend did wait and finished her purchased. I was ready to spend over $50 but not for that length of "tyme"
